Polyfactual Terms of Use

Welcome! These are the Polyfactual Terms of Use (or "Terms") between you (referred to below as "you," "your," "user," or "member") and Liminal Tech Corp. d/b/a Polyfactual. (referred to below as "Polyfactual," "we," "us," and "our"). These Terms apply to your use of the Products and Services (described in the Polyfactual User Agreement), and when you visit the Polyfactual website (referred to as "Product" or "Website").

Agreement Components

These Terms consists of three parts:

• The Website Terms of Use, which are generally applicable to the use of Website and any Products.
• The Polyfactual User Agreement available at www.Polyfactual.com/agreements, which governs the use of the products and services at Polyfactual.
• The Polyfactual Privacy Statement, available at www.Polyfactual.com/privacy. You agree we may collect and use your data (including personal information) according to the Polyfactual Privacy Statement.

I. Website Terms of Use

These Website Terms of Use (or "Website Terms"), together with the User Agreement and Privacy Statement, govern your use of our site(s). We may change these Website Terms from time to time. You accept these Website Terms when accessing any Polyfactual site or affiliated site, or when you use any apps or mobile services (collectively the "Website").

License and Website Access

Subject to the terms of the Website Terms, we grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Website. No other rights are granted. Your right to use any applications on or through the Website ("apps") are subject to a separate agreement.

Prohibited Activities

The following things are all prohibited:

• Download (other than page caching), copy, or modify any portion of the Website
• Sell, rent, distribute, or transfer the Website or its contents to any third party
• Use automated means to access the Website or engage in data mining
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels on the Website
• Access non-public areas of the Website without authorization
• Attempt to disrupt, impair, or interfere with the Website
• Submit viruses, worms, or other malicious code

The content on this site is provided as general information only and should not be construed as an offering of advisory content or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, token (including without limitation the Polyfactual token), cryptocurrency or financial instrument.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and intellectual property rights in the Content are proprietary to Polyfactual or our licensors. The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

COPPA Compliance

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), we do not knowingly allow access to the Website to persons under age 13. If you are under age 13, you are not authorized to use the Website or provide any personal information.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through final, binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single, neutral arbitrator under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL: BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND ANY RIGHTS TO BRING CLAIMS ON A CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, OR MASS ACTION BASIS.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its choice of law provisions. You and Polyfactual agree that jurisdiction and proper venue for all claims will be exclusively in the federal or state courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
